Shipping policy

At The Laser Outpost, we are dedicated to processing and delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our shipping and processing policy to familiarize yourself with our procedures and timelines.

Processing times: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.  During Seasonal Holiday times, like Black Friday, Christmas etc, order processing can take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. Processing time is the time that it takes us to process your order, Shipping time is the time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your order. Please take processing times into consideration. 

Shipping options: We provide a range of shipping options to ensure flexibility and convenience. During checkout, you can choose the service and carrier that best meets your needs. Please note that shipping and delivery times are determined by the carrier and are subject to their terms and conditions. For time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend selecting UPS.

Shipping Times: Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping service. While most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, factors beyond our control, such as weather or unforeseen delays, may impact delivery. Please note that the delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier-provided approximations and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment and stay informed about its expected delivery date.

Changes to your order: If you need to update your order, such as changing the shipping address, please contact us promptly. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be made once the order has shipped. Please note that The Laser Outpost cannot be held responsible for modifications requested after shipping.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for re-delivery or return of the package.
